The easiest way of drawing  face is firt daraw a circle according  to the size of image with 2B pencil and extend  the lower  part by slanting  lines according  to size of image all the beginning  work should  be done  with 2B also the useof straight  line should  be  done with fre hand keep going the work after it ends.  Its your  wish  to keep it as its as shown  below  or to enhance the portrait  with pencil shading as shown below.
